Coaching Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. General purpose

Career Coaching and Life Coaching are informational, educational, and supportive services. Alisha helps the client organize their situation, define goals, consider options, prepare materials, and identify practical next steps.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Alisha does not make decisions for the client and does not control the actions of employers, recruiters, government bodies, medical professionals, or other professionals.

Services are available only to people who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Scope and limits of Career Coaching

Career Coaching is not employment placement, recruitment, staffing representation, or a guarantee of employment.

CallMeAlisha is not an employer and cannot influence the decisions of an employer, recruiter, applicant tracking system (ATS), educational institution, professional regulator, or government body.

Career Coaching is not legal, immigration, tax, accounting, or financial advice. General information about the Canadian job market, resumes, LinkedIn, interviews, networking, or negotiation does not replace advice from a licensed professional for a specific legal, immigration, or financial situation.

Career Coaching may address an existing resume, LinkedIn profile, job-search strategy, interview preparation, and other agreed career questions. This does not guarantee success with a specific ATS, an interview invitation, or employment.

Alisha helps analyze and improve existing materials but does not control LinkedIn’s algorithms, submit applications, conduct a job search on the client’s behalf, or guarantee visibility or contact from recruiters.

3. Scope and limits of Life Coaching

Life Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychiatric care, medical care, or crisis support.

Alisha does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental or physical health conditions, prescribe medication, or replace a physician, psychotherapist, psychologist, or other licensed professional.

If a client’s needs fall outside the scope of coaching, Alisha may recommend contacting an appropriate qualified professional or may end or postpone the coaching engagement in accordance with law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Not for emergencies

CallMeAlisha does not provide 24-hour crisis support and is not an emergency service.

If there is an immediate threat to the life, health, or safety of the client or another person, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical or crisis professional in the relevant country immediately.

In an emergency, do not wait for a response through Telegram or email or for a scheduled coaching session.

5. Client responsibility

The client evaluates information independently, makes their own decisions, chooses whether to act, and is responsible for the consequences of those decisions and actions.

The client provides truthful and current information, discloses circumstances that may affect safety or the suitability of the service, asks questions when something is unclear, and contacts a licensed professional when assistance outside the scope of coaching is required.

6. No guarantee of results

CallMeAlisha does not guarantee a specific life, emotional, career, immigration, or financial change; employment; an interview; a job offer; promotion; salary; career change; or a result within a specific period.

Results depend on the starting situation, market, experience, accuracy of the information provided, decisions, actions, resources, consistency, and other factors outside Alisha’s control.

Reviews, stories, and case examples describe individual experiences. They are not a promise or a typical guarantee of a similar result.

7. Confidentiality and its limits

Alisha handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and does not record sessions.

Confidentiality may be limited when the client has consented to disclosure; information must be shared with a technical provider for an agreed purpose; disclosure is required or permitted by law; or disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to an immediate threat to life, health, or safety.

The client may not record a session, screen, or voice without the prior written consent of Alisha and all participants.

8. Use of AI

AI is a supporting tool, not an independent coach, recruiter, author of a final document, or decision-maker.

In Career Coaching, ChatGPT and Claude may be used only after the client gives separate, voluntary consent and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If the client does not consent or withdraws consent before materials are submitted, the service is completed without AI. Alisha reviews, corrects, and adapts every material.

In Life Coaching, AI may be used only after separate consent for general exercises or session structure. Personal information and session content are not submitted to AI services.

AI can make mistakes and produce incomplete or inaccurate information. The client should not rely on AI-generated material as medical, legal, immigration, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

9. Third-party platforms and materials

Google Meet, PayPal, Google Workspace, Telegram, LinkedIn, employer systems, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. Their outages, rules, algorithms, or decisions may affect the process.

Alisha takes reasonable steps to use agreed platforms appropriately but does not control the independent activities of third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CallMeAlisha is not responsible for indirect consequences of the client’s independent decisions; the acts or omissions of employers, recruiters, government bodies, medical professionals, or platforms; or an outcome that depends on factors outside Alisha’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this document excludes liability for Alisha’s own intentional misconduct, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

11. Client acknowledgement

Before submitting the single website form, the client sees a separate link to the Coaching Disclaimer. Acceptance of this Disclaimer is included in the same required checkbox as the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy, and every document title has its own link.

The form displays the selected Career Coaching or Life Coaching direction and locks the selected service when the client arrives from a specific service card.
